The complexity of building a new home can, at first glance, seem very overwhelming. At Trails End, we break that process down into manageable steps that help guide our customers comfortably through the evolution of turning a house plan into a move-in ready home. We start by working with you to select a house plan, then adjust the minute details of that plan according to your family’s needs. Then, we walk you through the selection process, picking out everything from flooring and paint, to light fixtures and cabinet hardware. Once we’ve completed all of our pre-construction steps, we break ground and begin building your home! You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Owner/General Contractor (Ben Hammill) during the build process. From the initial contact with you as the customer, through design and production, and all the way to install, our team knows how to maintain a standard of excellence.
Our cabinetry process starts with a design consultation, where we work with you to pull together your dreams, visions, and inspirations, and pass them along to our design team to initiate shop drawings and full 3D renderings. Those drawings become the lifeblood of the project, and all of the information that we need for production is combined with all of the detailed renderings that you need to ensure you’re getting exactly what you envisioned. We then begin production, and our team utilizes our 8,000sq ft cabinet shop full of state-of-the-art production equipment to turn that same vision into a reality.
